Overall I have lost 30 kgs this year and am maintaining the loss well.

I feel so much more energetic, I am sleeping better and no longer want a nap in the afternoon. My moodiness has gone, I am a nicer person to be around. I am no longer ashamed to be seen outside of the house.

I am fitting into clothes I have saved ‘for when I lose weight’ some as far back as 20 years and some are too big!!
