I started my LTLA journey on the 19th May.
My weight loss has been slower than I thought at 6kg BUT 32cms loss overall. I don’t really have a like for like before and after photo but I think you can see the difference in these. I feel great. Bloating, reflux and constipation gone and asthma totally controlled. I bought size 10 jeans last week. I’ve been a size 14 for a long time.
Cannot thank my Mentor Stacey enough. So encouraging and patient.
No matter how slow, how up and down the journey…its worth it.
